What is a Static Block in Java?

A static block is a code block marked with the static keyword that runs exactly once when the class is loaded into memory by the JVM’s ClassLoader.

Key Characteristics:

  1. Executed once during class loading.
  2. Runs before the main method or any constructor.
  3. Can initialize static variables or call static methods.

What Happened?

When to Use Static Blocks
