Equality for women in any job is important. It’s an uphill battle in any industry.

But in tech it’s a mountainous climb for women to thrive. 4% of the technology workforce are woman. The only way to survive is to stick together. We can be stronger together with a connected philosophy about what women want in tech and what we should change internally.

My advice for allies to support self-identifying women and non-binary folks who code is be authentic. We can tell if your interest is a marketing effort.
