What I Built

I have built a chatbot system using Twilio WhatsApp API and the Gemini API key. The user can ask for any feedback and they will get proper feedback and recommendations through WhatsApp.

Twilio and AI

Twilio has so many products in its list that we can integrate API with third-party API and then build something better out of it. In my case, I connected the Gemini API with the Twilio WhatsApp API. Now we don't have to go to the AI official website. Also, the best feature of adding the third-party AI API from WhatsApp is that we can even upload an image or PDF in WhatsApp and generate insights from it.
