So you wonder what are the reasons to take a break from coding. Everyone around you is hacking like crazy and your FOMO is boiling up. Regardless of your experience surely you could use some more coding hours, right?
In fact, you don't need many reasons to take a time off from coding. One is enough.

Understanding that one reason will free you from any FOMO you might be experiencing. Slowly but surely you will be more in peace with yourself for taking such a break.
