Unfortunately, it is not uncommon to hear the horror stories these days from women who work in toxic workplaces. In light of International Women's Day, rather than focus on those toxic workplaces, I want to showcase those companies that have gotten it right. Those companies that work hard to ensure their culture is always inclusive to everyone.
