Introduction:
As a beginner in programming, the first two weeks can be overwhelming. With so many new concepts and tools to learn, it's hard to know where to start. In this article, I'll share the essential tools and concepts I learned during my first two weeks of programming.

My journey began with choosing the right text editor. I started out with Visual Studio Code. My tutor made me know the reasons for choosing Vs code out of all other editors. Apart from the fact that it is the best, it has so many developers support all over the world. Also with great extensions to make work more easier and faster.

HTML and CSS:
Next, I dove into HTML and CSS. I learned about basic structure, tags, and styling. Starting with HTML , it was great! I really enjoyed writing those elements and tags (h1-h6, p , forms etc) . It was great building the structure of a web application.
Moving to CSS made my website more beautiful, I learnt how to style applying selectors then calling on a property and a value.

Version Control with Git and GitHub:
Understanding version control was crucial. I learned the basics of Git and GitHub, including creating repositories, committing changes, and collaborating with other developers.

Conclusion:
My first two weeks in programming were intense, but I’m proud of the progress I've made. Mastering these essential tools and concepts has set me up for success in my programming journey. I hope sharing my experience will help fellow beginners navigate their own path. Heading on to more topics under CSS and moving on to JavaScript. This is all about my first 2 weeks.

Ensure you follow me, I have got great stories to tell -- let’s grow and learn together.

Peace ✌️
