Class started five minutes ago. The number of people increases as the minutes go on. Before you notice it's in the hundreds.

And as class goes on, you can see that number show itself. In the questions people ask and the enthusiasm with which they state them. The confidence with which people approach a subject when they feel secure in their environment is something else

SheFi is an 8-week intensive course on learning about Web3. I recently received a scholarship to be a part of the community.

Having a community of women learners makes it possible for people to feel comfortable asking questions. To participate without self doubt. And that was visible in class. People would ask questions that anticipated the topic for future classes! Power of a community.

For my part, I am grateful for witnessing this in action.
