As you know, Amazon Q is now in preview version and include 2 plans:

• Amazon Q Business: Craft your own AI expert using your organization's internal documents and data.
• Amazon Q Builder: Fine-tune the pre-built Q knowledge base to align with your specific needs.

You can create an AI expert in your organization's knowledge, by using your own documents with Amazon Q Business. For now, this plan is completely free for users! But keep in mind, there are additional costs for the Q index – the information you upload to create your custom data source.
