My contract is elapsing soon and I am currently in the throws of the job search. One thing I noticed across LinkedIn, Indeed, RailsGigs, GoRails etc etc, is that most of the opportunities there that are remote are all looking for mid to senior level developers.

Could a recruiter explain this to me?
