Check this post in my web notes.
In this article, we'll guide you through the step-by-step process of implementing the Vuetify framework into our Vue CRM, exploring the tools and features that make it an indispensable companion in frontend development.
In our previous article, we laid the foundation for our basic CRM project, setting the stage for an exciting development journey. However, as we delve deeper into crafting a seamless user experience, we're turning to a powerful ally – Vuetify. In the realm of Vue.js development, Vuetify stands out as a comprehensive UI framework that not only streamlines the design process but also enhances the functionality of our CRM.
Unlocking the Potential of Vuetify in CRM Development:
Vuetify brings a wealth of pre-built components and styling options, making it an invaluable asset in creating a visually appealing and user-friendly CRM interface. As we implement the Vuetify framework into our Vue project, we'll explore its vast array of features, ensuring that our CRM not only meets but exceeds user expectations.
Why Vuetify Matters in Vue CRM Development:
Vuetify's responsive design elements, material design aesthetics, and customization capabilities make it a go-to choice for developers aiming to elevate their Vue.js applications. By integrating Vuetify into our CRM, we not only enhance the visual appeal but also streamline the development process, saving time and effort.
How to Add Vuetify To Vue CRM Project:
To answer this question we will use Vuetify official documentation. There is a part with the creation of a new project, but we already have one so we will use part for existing projects.
First of all, let's use our terminal one more time: npm i vuetify.
Now we will add Vuetify globally so that we can use all Vuetify components without additional imports.
Open your main.js file with all registered project packages then import Vuetify styles, components, and directives and add them to the app render function. Here is my final main.js file:
import './assets/main.css'
import { createApp } from 'vue'
import { createPinia } from 'pinia'
import App from './App.vue'
import router from './router'
// Vuetify
import 'vuetify/styles'
import { createVuetify } from 'vuetify'
import * as components from 'vuetify/components'
import * as directives from 'vuetify/directives'
const vuetify = createVuetify({
components,
directives,
})
const app = createApp(App)
app.use(createPinia())
app.use(router)
app.use(vuetify)
app.mount('#app')
Great, we successfully added Vuetify to our CRM project and now we can use it in components.
Popular Vuetify Components:
Here are some of the most popular Vuetify components that you would like to use in your future apps:
v-container: A responsive container that adjusts its layout based on the screen size.
v-btn: A versatile button component with various styles and sizes.
v-card: A card component for organizing and displaying information.
v-dialog: A modal or dialog component for displaying content on top of the page.

It's only a small part of all the amazing components to which we have access now, I strongly recommend you check the "easy to read" Vuetify documentation to be familiar with the possibilities of the framework.
Integrating Vuetify into our Vue CRM project will enhance both aesthetics and functionality. With responsive design and versatile components, Vuetify streamlines development, providing a visually appealing user interface.
