TL;DR

Set Database > Fittings > Pattern Options > General > Machine Cut Straights from Fittings to Straights

Background

I set a list Single Dimension Specification for **Straights Only, which expects the thickness of sheet metal for straight ducts changes according to long side dimension.

I found, CID 35 (decoiled) is ruled as expected, but not CID 1 or any other machine cut straights.

Finally, I found this working option.
