C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Console\Workspace

According to my understanding:

1. While editing flow, flow data is stored in RAM.
2. While saving, flow data is uploaded to cloud from RAM.
3. While running, flow data is downloaded from cloud to this local folder as cache then run
4. There is no way to let PAD restore from this cache
