I quite like Dr Sues books, as a nightly bedtime story reader, 'Oh the places you'll go' includes a lot of walking.
So is a standing desk a fad? It's certainly not exercise, but could it help to have one at home? I have seen no research paper suggesting that (although sitting is bad) standing is the answer, you can youtube that if you like.
So if the best thing to do is to get out there and do some exercise, what would you recommend?
