Emmet Abbreviation for JSX in VSCode is unstable

Hello DEV Community 👋🏼,

I have a problem that emmet abbreviation in my VSCode is unstable, especially when I work with JSX.
This happens after the latest update of VSCode a few weeks ago on my Windows machine.

Most of the time it works, but sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, I have to type every tag manually.
Sometimes creating a new HTML file and start typing on there triggers the emmet back to work. But it doesn't always do the trick.

I've checked the settings (also with a help of pair of eyes from a friend), and we don't see anything is wrong.
I have a thought maybe an extension is causing this, but I'm not sure.

Does anyone have a thought on where to look at or have any experience with this issue?

Thank you in advance! 😊
