Agile was created because there was a need for it in the tech world. It was taking at least two to four years for developers to launch software products. Within these two to four years, the needs of the market were changing. Everyone realized the need for some change, and so people met up and the Agile Manifesto was finally formed in 2001. Agile might be met with resistance in certain firms but the change that it will bring will truly transform the business. And now agile should not only be applied to software development but to other parts of the business as well. It does not tell the developer how to solve the problem but instead tells them what the most important problem is. Studying agile makes us fit for several job roles like:
- Scrum master
- Project manager
- Product owner
- Agile consultant
- Agile coach
