The IR1150S is an integrated high-frequency gate driver circuit from International Rectifier Corporation. It is specifically designed for the operation of high performance MOSFETs and IGBTs. Description: The device combines a dual switch gate driver circuit with two low impedance MOSFETs. The two MOSFETs are connected in series to form a high frequency full bridge power stage.
