What are some good interview questions that you have asked or have been asked?

What resources do you use to come up with good questions?

I am not asking for take home work, or whiteboarding questions. I am looking to distinguish between someone who knows their stuff, willing to learn, and adopt good practice versus someone who is can word vomit hot tech terms in an interview.
