The crypto industry has seen significant developments recently. Visa and Revolut have announced a global partnership to enhance cross-border business payments. Through Visa Direct, Revolut Business users can now make instant card transfers in over 78 countries and 50 currencies, with funds reaching recipients within 30 minutes. This new service aims to streamline international payments for businesses, from startups to travel agencies.

In another major update, crypto fund inflows surged to $533 million between August 19 and 24, the highest in five weeks. Bitcoin-based products led this growth, attracting $543 million, while Ethereum funds saw $35.7 million in outflows. The rise in inflows is partly attributed to US Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell’s indication of a potential interest rate cut. Regional inflows were notable in the US, Hong Kong, and Brazil, while Germany and Sweden experienced outflows.

In Argentina, Ethereum is being integrated into high school curricula in Buenos Aires, thanks to a collaboration between ETH Kipu and the Ministry of Education. Starting August 27, students will have blockchain internships and access to an online Solidity course. ETH Kipu also plans to train 30 teachers. This initiative aims to familiarize students with blockchain technology and create new career opportunities. Similarly, the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy has launched a blockchain certification program in partnership with WhiteBIT, offering tokenized diplomas to ensure document authenticity.
