With Ripple’s stablecoin RLUSD launch, some in the XRP community speculated that if 1 XRP drop equaled $1, the price of XRP could hit $1 million. This speculation stemmed from a joke by developer Vet, who noted RLUSD would be pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar.
To reach $1 million per XRP, its market cap would need to hit $100 quadrillion, far exceeding the global money supply of around $129 trillion. This makes such a price unattainable under current conditions.
In the short term, XRP shows a bullish ascending triangle pattern, signaling a potential breakout to $0.69, a 17% gain from its current price of $0.59. However, failure to break higher could push the price down to $0.5.
